Former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama shared sweet messages on their social platforms Monday on their 30th wedding anniversary.
According to The Today Show, the Obamas celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on Monday. Former President Barack shared three pictures on Instagram that included their names written in sand, a beachside photo and one from their wedding day in 1992.

“Miche, After 30 years, I’m not sure why you look exactly the same and I don’t. I do know that I won the lottery that day—that I couldn’t have asked for a better life partner,” he shared on Instagram.
Barack and Michelle are parents to their daughters, Malia, 24, and Sasha, 21, according to The Today Show.
People Magazine said Barack and Michelle got married after three years of dating. They met in Chicago when Michelle was mentoring Barack during a summer internship at a law firm.

“These last 30 years have been an adventure, and I’m grateful to have you by my side. Here’s to a lifetime together,” Michelle shared on Instagram.
