San Antonio Fire, Ed Sheeran, Kate Beckinsale

By Lee Jenny and @JennyLeeRadio

The huge semi-truck fire on 281 and Hildebrand yesterday was cleared last night and 281 re-opened around 10:30 PM. While the road has reopened, there was so much damage to the road signs in that area, that they needed to be removed. TxDOT says it could be weeks before the new signs are installed, so use caution while you're driving in that area.  MySA

Ed Sheeran has a suggestion for Taco Bell's marketing campaign, that I fully support. "Taco Friday." Seems simple enough... now sing it to the tune of Backstreet Boy's "Everybody!" Mind. Blowing. How have they not used this yet?!

What's that ONE odd thing you can't live without and HAVE to pack when you travel? Maybe a fan? A special floss? Butter? That's right, actress Kate Beckinsale travels with butter! She likes a specific kind, Kerrygold grass-fed butter, for her coffee and veggies. She says it's hard to find, so she just brings it with her:

"I’m the crazy person traveling with butter.”

The whole "butter in coffee" thing, or "bullet coffee," is getting pretty popular. Kate said:

“When I did Pearl Harbor they had me on a very strict low-fat diet... I remember my mum coming and visiting me and going, ‘You look so old.’ I was 24 and I had lines on my face because I didn’t have enough fat... I really noticed if I can eat coconut oil and butter and things like that, obviously in moderation, it makes almost an immediate effect on your skin... I don’t think it is a myth. I think you can see the difference in a week or two.” People

Earlier in the year, Stefano Gabbana, the co-creator of the high fashion brand Dolce Gabbana, called Selena Gomez "ugly" on social media. Her fans and many celebrities swooped in to defend her. On Tuesday, Selena clapped back at fashion week, bedazzling the word "UGLY" into her slicked back pony tail. People

A cafe in Toronto, called Grinder Coffee Shop, campaigned for 10 days to get Ryan Gosling to visit their shop during the Toronto Film Fest. They even had a cardboard cutout of Gosling made, which the mayor posed with! And guess what? It worked! Ryan showed up!
