Chris Martin performs 'Rehab' as tribute to Amy Winehouse

It's been nearly two weeks since singer Amy Winehouse passed , but the Grammy-winner's spirit is still being remembered by fans and fellow artists.
During an extended encore following a Los Angeles concert for the Grammy Foundation's Grammy in the Schools program and "Jimmy Kimmel Live! ", Coldplay broke into an emotional rendition of Winehouse's hit "Rehab."
