Learn delightful line and circle dances from an experienced instructor who has a large repertoire of fun and easy dances.Line dances, also known as "solo" dances, exercise the mind as well as the body as you learn and practice different patterns.  Some are done to country-western music, but these days there is a huge variety of music--from Latin to Big Band to Hip-Hop!Circle dances come from the U.S. as well as from around the world.  In addition to good low-impact exercise, circle dances create a connection between the dancers--literally from holding hands, but also spiritually from sharing the synchronized dance steps and internalizing the music as a team.Whether you are an experienced dancer or a beginner, these delightful dances will bring you joy.Note:  no class on Good Friday, March 29, 2013.  Lions Field will be closed.
