Join SAMA for our first mural tour focusing on local artists and their contributions to public art on San Antonios historic west side. Participants meet at SAMA and travel by van to each location. Many murals and public art were created by artists in SAMAs Contemporary collection, including Cruz Ortiz, Alex Rubio, Jesse Trevio and Juan Miguel Ramos. Docent Eddie Chavez and Contemporary art curator David S. Rubin will lead participants on the tour, which concludes with dinner at El 7 Mares restaurant. Price does not include dinner.
