The Houston Aeros presents the first annual H-Town ThrowDown, Hosted by Crossfit Redefined. Athlete Registration will be open until 6:00pm November 18th. The event will be held at the Toyota Center, Houston TX, on January 5th 2013. Competition will consist of two person teams in each division: Rx'd Men, Scaled Men. Rx'd Women, Scaled Women. Spots are limited to 25 teams in each divison simply because of time restraints.
