Everyone is welcome.ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Fabio Barros began his dance career in Brazil in 1992. A dedicated and enthusiastic student of dance, he performed throughout Brazil with a versatile range of styles that includes Brazilian folkloric dances, Latin ballroom, belly dance, ballet, jazz, gypsy, and flamenco. Since 2009, he has traveled throughout the United States as a dance instructor, performer, and choreographer. Fabio is also a licensed Zumba® Fitness instructor. He has been a presenter at the international Zumba® Convention (Orlando, FL) at the Brazilian Carnival Workshop (2009-2012) and he is featured in three Zumba DVDs (Zumba Gold® and the Zumba® Instructor Convention Flavors). In the United States, he has brought his talents and love of Brazilian dance to the stage in presentations such as the Roots of Brazil Cultural Festival, Brazilian Voices Musical Group, the Brazilian Tropicana Show, and Miami Brazilian Day. He recently represented his home state of Pernambuco, Brazil, when he performed in Miami with the internationally renowned musical group SpokFrevo Orquestra (2012). He is also a two-time winner of the talent show "Aquí Todos Ganan" on the Spanish-language TV channel, "América TV" (Miami). In Brazil, he was choreographer and director of two dance companies and a member of numerous dance companies, including the Balé Popular do Recife (Recife Folkloric Ballet), Poranga Cia da Terra, Plena Dança Dance Comany, Nazar Kalin Flamenco Dance Company, and Balé do Porto (Porto Ballet). Fabio started his career in Brazil as a dancer in 1992. His dedication was so grand and showing his art throughout the country. He is also very versatile on his styles of dance and they include, but are not limited to Folk Brazilian Dances, Latin Ballroom, Belly Dance, Ballet, Jazz, Gypsy and Flamenco. Since 2009, Fabio has been traveling the whole USA teaching dance classes, dance workshops and performing as a dancer and choreographer.
