Birthplace: Growing up in the Rio Grande Valley as the only boy in a house of 5 women..I credit my sisters for my ability to listen...and talk!

First job/ Favorite food: My love of all foods is only outmatched by my love of cooking, which I owe to my Mom for putting me to work in the family-owned restaurant. My last meal would be STEAK - charred on the outside / medium-rare on the inside.
